We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes to shopping online. If there are any signs of manufacturing defects on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, however, the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you’ve received it and with the original packaging.

  • Return the item (s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the email confirming shipment.
  • Your request will be reviewed within 14 working days of its receipt.
  • Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “I don't like the colour”, “I already have the colour”, “I don't know how to wear it”, “The product doesn't suit me”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.
  • All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
  • Sale and discounted item (s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Item (s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present original receipt or proof of purchase and item (s) must also be in the original packaging.
  • Only purchase made at Dawn Adaptive website is eligible for refund or exchange.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the item (s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Shipping cost of returning item (s) are not refundable and will be borne by you.


Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. You may also exchange your item for replacement for a wrong or defective item received or a full refund to your original payment mode.

Exchange/Refund for any purchases from any retail outlet/experience store are to be referred back to their respective Return Policy. Online purchase's return policy does not apply to any physical store purchases.


Important information

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear.
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster. 
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item has been washed.
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund status will be updated by email. If your request is approved, we will process refund and notify you by email once payment has been made. All processing fee by payment provider will be borne by you.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.  We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard delivery time of 4-7 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
